Small changes by the IAS Officer have made big difference at holy cave shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi

Hailing from Jammu, he is 2008 batch IAS officer (J&K cadre) and is popular amongst youth as he cracked Civil Services Examination in first attempt at an age of just 23.

Abhishek Surana from Rajasthan has secured 10th Rank in Civil Services Examination 2017.

For him, it has been an outstanding exposure to different worlds; as an investment banker, entrepreneur Abhishek had spent quite some time working outside India; and later, decided to come back to India to try his luck with Civil Services Examination.

In his last attempt Abhishek secured 250th rank in CSE 2016 and now, in his fourth attempt he reached the final destination ensuring career in coveted Indian Administrative Services.

Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary by qualification Shreshth Tayal has carved his future with a strategic move he made by deciding to appear in Civil Services Examination.

In his second attempt, Shreshth Tayal has secured 73rd rank in Civil Services Examination 2017.

Earlier also, he had held All India Ranks 20 in both CA Final and CS Final examinations.

He has made a unique service preference of not opting for IAS, IPS & IFS and giving first preference to IRS (IT).

Himanshu Kaushik, a Computer Science graduate from Krishna Engineering College, Ghaziabad (UP) has cracked Civil Services Examination 2017 in his first attempt with his focused approach and a clear mind-set.

Himanshu has secured 77th Rank in the Merit-List.

He picked up Political science & International Relations as optional subject.

In his third attempt, Saurabh Jassal (AIR 404; CSE 2017) achieved desired success in Civil Services Examination 2017 with Law as optional subject.

Citing the reason for choosing ‘Civil Services’ as career, Saurav said, “No doubt changing economic environment offers immense lucrative career opportunities in various sectors; however the right answer lies in the fact that money has never been a priority for me. I believe we must pursue what we are passionate about; the money will automatically flow with the par excellence which one would show.

Other than this, all reasons why I want to get into civil services are strong enough to sideline such lucrative career opportunities.”

As it is said, “when we desire something, the whole universe conspires to make it happen.” Something similar took place in Abhimanyu’s life and he ultimately got, what he wished for.

While life had been throwing challenges as his father battled Cancer for 8 long years and ultimately passed away at a time when he was in midst of his journey to career in ‘Civil Services’.

Abhimanyu was able to focus on the task and ultimately accomplished it by achieving splendid success in Civil Services Examination 2017 with Law as optional subject. It was his third attempt.

27 अप्रैल 2018 को यू.पी.एस.सी. द्वारा सिविल सेवा परीक्षा 2017 के नतीजों की घोषणा की गई.

इस परीक्षा के साथ, विभिन्न सेवाओं के लिए आयोग द्वारा कुल 9 0 9 उम्मीदवारों (750 पुरुषों और 240 महिलाओं) की सिफारिश की गई है.
