I think from very beginning I had a single point focus towards 'Civil Services'.
Since the Civil Services Examination involves a time period of one year from Preliminary Examination to the final results to be declared, you really need to keep yourself motivated.
To keep sticking to the preparation-plan during this phase, the best way is to reach out and speaking to successful candidates.
One needs to judiciously allocate time to those areas where one is relatively weak . . .
Prelim stage is the test of the information you have acquired about everything in the past one year or so; while, Mains Examination is purely about how well you can present whatever you know about a thing . . .
Those who understand these intricacies, cross the hurdle with ease.
Wishing you success!
