Interview Board - Ms. Smita Nagaraj

I was asked questions on Rajasthan (my home state), General awareness and optional subject (philosophy).

Some of the Questions were of situational nature. For eg

  1. If you are made the Chief development officer of your region, how will you make the developmental plan?
  2. Why are so many girl related problems present in Rajasthan?
  3. Do you think the padmavat issue was mishandled?
  4. If you are made a part of the committee to reform education policy then what reforms will you introduce?
  5. Some questions on philosophy optional like difference between Indian and western philosophy, western philosophers influenced by Indian thought, Advaitavada, maya etc

Overall I was satisfied with my interview and was feeling that it had gone well.

In between I was receiving continuous feedback by board members in form of positive nods and smiles.
