The much awaited notification for Civil Services Examination 2015 has been postponed. This was scheduled to come on May 16, 2015.
Union public Service Commission (UPSC) has deferred the notification for Civil Services Examination 2015 that was scheduled to come on May 16, 2015.
A note has been put on official website of commission saying that “the Civil Services Examination, 2015, which was scheduled to be notified on 16.05.2015 is now being postponed. The revised date of notification will be intimated in due course.”
This was anticipated as two days back on May 13, 2015, Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) had issued statement relating to Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination Paper 2 that is made qualifying with a minimum qualifying marks fixed at 33%. Also, in this paper, questions relating to English Language comprehension skill continue to remain excluded.
It is perceived that probably these decisions are to incorporated in the Civil Services Examination Rules-2015 that is why the notification has been put on hold.Last Update Friday 15th May 2015
