New Scheme for Civil Services Examination 2013 released, Preliminary Examination to be staged on May 26, 2013

New Scheme for Civil Services Examination 2013 has been released by UPSC on March 5, 2013. Now, the Preliminary Examination is going to be staged on May 26, 2013.
