Is Agriculture a scoring Optional Subject ?

Every year many candidates make it to final list with Agriculture as optional subjects in Civil Services Examination.

Marks scored:
This subject with good preparation can give you around 300-350 marks.

In CSE 2008,
Ravi D K  (AIR 34) scored 348 marks
Kuldeep Arya (AIR 44) scored 327 marks
Lavanya Kumar K R (AIR 57) scored 346 marks
Sharanappa S D (AIR 86) scored 366 marks and
Preeti Maithil (AIR 92) scored 320 marks with Agriculture optional.
