IAS - Uttar Pradesh
I tried to maintain the level of preparation up to my previous attempts, without letting complacency creep in as I was already undergoing training in a service. I was focused on my strengths.
Understanding of topics, then revision and memorization of these topics constituted the core of my preparation for preliminary exams.
For mains examination preparation, my aim was to consolidate on the basics and core areas, extensive coverage of economics and science & technology, analytical understanding of current events.

‘Arise, awake and stop not till the goal is reached’. Put in intelligent consistent hard work and keep the passion to contribute to society alive.
Stand up for what you believe in, even if it means standing alone.
I am from Uttar Pradesh and currently undergoing the IPS training at SVPNPA, Hyderabad.
I did B.E (Electrical) from Delhi College of Engineering. My father,
Shri Dinesh Khare is DGM in Engineers India Limited while my mother, Dr. (Mrs.) Pushpa Khare is Joint Commissioner in Commercial Tax Department. My younger brother, Harshit Khare is pursuing engineering from IIT, Kanpur. I strongly believe that it is easy to condemn, criticise or become immune to the problems of the society but the challenge lies in making efforts to solve them.
I am a strong admirer of nature; enjoy travelling, writing, sports like tennis, swimming and playing synthesizer.
I believe in making consistent disciplined efforts towards one’s goals, within the larger design set by the Almighty.
Passion for Career in IAS
By grace of Almighty, I was able to make it to the coveted list in my previous attempts (Indian Police Service), but the services allotted were not to my satisfaction.
These results kept fuelling my desire to chase my dream. I failed to make full utilization of the period before the result of a stage is declared, which added to the pressure after results.
