IAS Interview (Personality Test) - Final Stage of Civil Services Examination

On Sunday 26th February 2017  

The final stage of the Civil Services Examination is Personality Test that is carried out to assess the overall personality of the candidates.

It carries 275 marks weightage in overall marking.

Significance of Personality Test

In last few years result, significance of Interview marks was clearly visible. Now, with changes in Civil Services (Main) Examination 2013, marks secured in Interview have greater impact as the candidates have not been able to score high marks in Main (written) examination.
